Festival Dates & Times:
Festival Welcome - Friday, May 31st at 5PM "Meet the Artists" Reception (For Artists Only)
Festival - Saturday, June 1st, 10 AM - 6 PM
Festival - Sunday , June 2nd, 10 AM - 6 PM
Silent Auction - Saturday, June 1st, 10 AM - 6 PM
Silent Auction - Sunday, June 2nd, 10 AM - 2 PM

Artist Fees:
Jury Fee $ 10.00  (Non-refundable)
One Booth/One Artist $ 65.00
One Booth/Two Artist $ 80.00 (note:  Jury Fee $20.00)

Deadlines For Artists:
April 1        Send application and deposit
April 20      Acceptance status notification
May 10       Booth Fee balance due
May 31       Booth Set up : 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Exhibition Space:
Booths are approximately 10'x10'. Exhibitors must provide their own display set up.

Security:
We have day security through out the weekend and overnight security will be provided Friday and Saturday nights. However, participants exhibit all work at their own risk. Rio Grande Artes, St. Luke's Health Clinic, KRWG-TV22, the Branigan Cultural Center, and the City of Las Cruces will not be responsible for damage, theft, or loss of any exhibitor's work during or after exhibiton hours.

Parking:
Enterince to event parking at the corner of Las Curses Ave & Miranda St, the southwest corner of Pioneer Women's Park. The Local Amtgard Group will be assisting with your parking needs.
